Unfortunately, AU will not be available on campus for nights prior to or after the event. However, we have secured discounted rates at a nearby hotel. The rates will begin from June 9th through the 12th and extend from the 15th through the 20th. The link for this special rate is below.
The rate is $219 for a two-bedroom suite at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Chevy Chase Pavilion.
This rate includes a spacious two-room suite, complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast and the evening manager’s reception. Parking is available for guests at a nightly charge of $30.00 per vehicle, per night (pricing subject to change).
Reservations can be made up to Friday, May 16, 2025, after this date, any unconfirmed rooms will be released back to the hotel for general sale and will no longer be available at the group rate.
