The rate is $219 for a two-bedroom suite at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Chevy Chase Pavilion.
This rate includes a spacious two-room suite, complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast and the evening manager’s reception. Parking is available for guests at a nightly charge of $30.00 per vehicle, per night (pricing subject to change).
Reservations can be made up to Friday, May 16, 2025, after this date, any unconfirmed rooms will be released back to the hotel for general sale and will no longer be available at the group rate.

Yes, your conference includes the river cruise. The cruise will include dinner, drinks, and dancing while viewing the beautiful Washington monuments at night.
We may have additional tickets available as we get closer to the event. If so, we will send out an email opening the reservations for cruise guests. The tickets will be $100.00 per person and will include dinner, drinks, and a two-hour cruise.
